What we collect
Account details (name, email, hashed password), optional profile data (age group, education level, career stage), your assessment responses and computed scores, AI-generated report text, payment references from Razorpay (we never store card or UPI credentials), shop orders and delivery addresses, and basic analytics events (page views, assessment started/completed, payments) via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
How we use it
To compute your scores with our deterministic scoring engine, generate your personalised report and AI advisor replies, deliver PDFs and products you purchase, issue reward coupons, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Your scores (not your name or email) are sent to a large-language-model provider to write report explanations and advisor replies. Scoring itself never uses AI.
Security & retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are bcrypt-hashed, and API access is protected by signed tokens with rate limiting. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
Minors
Users aged 13–17 should use BharatIQ with a parent or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
