Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital reports
Because reports are generated and unlocked instantly, payments for the ₹49 Basic Report and ₹444 Career Blueprint are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If a technical failure prevents your report from generating within 24 hours, we will regenerate it or refund you in full.
Duplicate or failed payments
If money is debited but the report is not unlocked, or you are charged twice, email us with the Razorpay payment ID. Verified cases are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Physical products
VyomSutra Wellness and Aura products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if sealed and unused. Opened consumables (e.g. Shilajit) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged in transit — share unboxing photos within 48 hours.
